Catch up

Friday, hmmmm, what did I do Friday. Rode to work. That was probably it for a workout.

Saturday ran 6 miles, I think it was about 49:00 for time. A little chilly, windy, but felt good. Piper dog ran a strong 6 as well that day.

Sunday went to the gym in the morning for a circut workout with the weights. Dumbbells mostly except when I did back and legs. Then spent from noon-8:30 eating and watching football, the true work out.

That was it for the weekend.
