yeah, I know it's Tuesday, but I did not log on last night. It rained and the wind blew all throughout the game. 13-0 shutout by the Seahawks. Col, Futa and me sat in the Hawks nest. My first time in these seats that I bought off craigslist. Seats were not bad and the people were comical.
So you can guess, no workout on Monday. Rode to work today. Ugly morning, but the ride home was a little better. Dry with a little wind. Good ride overall.
Went to the gym for a circut workout tonight. Felt good. We'll see if I can make it to the gym more than once this week for the weights:-)
