Alright, ready to crash but wanted to get this on here. Ran lake youngs today which is about 10 miles but b/c its a fairly challenging course, it's more like 11.5 to 12 miles. Rolly for sure.
Goal today was to keep a 830-845 pace. 833 was overall pace for the run and I was super stoked about it. Have to admit I ran it fairly hard, but think I still had a bit left in the tank to go a bit further.
Portland is a pretty flat course for the most part so I'm hoping I can keep it between 830-850 which will get me that sub 4.
Couple weeks away and feeling pretty good. B
