So I finally tried yoga on Sunday. Not just regular yoga, hot yoga. Like I need the added heat to help me sweat my ass off. I think I like though. I look forward to trying a few sessions of regular yoga as I want to mix up my workouts and what I'm doing.
I do see myself trying it for awhile, maybe 1-2 times a week, but we'll see. I think the stretching is great, but I think I need something a little more fast pace and maybe even geared towards some strength stuff next time.
