Spin Class rox

So I started off the week with a weights circuit workout Monday morning. Good little workout. Plus I weighed myself first thing in the morning. Still qualify for the Clydesdale division at 202lbs.

Spin continues to rock. Continues to push my legs and tonight was no different. Quads, calves and even shins were all screaming. We did some single leg spins - 4 each leg for one minute apiece. Then amped it up to Zone 3 and slowed the spin down to 60-70 RPM/cadence. I hit a high of 173 each set.

Good stuff. We'll see if I ride in the morning:-)
