Good evening. Being the news freak that I am, I have been following the case of Poca, a young special needs child who has only known one foster family, and really is one of the family is finally back home.
I have included the link so you can read the story, and I share it b/c this is ANOTHER one of those times when I think a gov't agency makes themselves a PR nightmare and deserves the reputation they have.
