Sunny and toasty morning

So what did I do for Wednesday? Hmmmm. Biked to work, thought again about swimming but chose to give the boat a little scrubbing and get the dinghy pumped up. That was about it.

This morning, awesome. Woke up about 6ish and in some zombie like state, put on my sneaks and went for a run. Ran around the lake (union) which is about 6 miles and felt pretty good.

Now it's time to get on the bike, head to work and figure out how I can escape by 4pm. It's supposed to be 70 you know! And I can work from the boat.

You may hear from me later, but I sort of doubt. We'll see. B
