Week in review

So here we go, twice in one week. It's a great start:-)

Had a few good workouts. Light circuit workout one day with 20 mins of EFX. Went to spin class for first time in awhile and spun light. Felt good to be on the bike, back was a little stiff the next day. Topped off the week today with a 3.7 mile run followed by a short spin on the single to play support crew while Col finished up a solid 10 mile run.

Time to start hitting more consistent. Checked out LA Fitness just up the street on 130th and I think it will do the trick. Nice new gym with a 3 lane pool, lap swim only:-)
