It's game time

Bike in T1-check.  Bags on rack-check.  Nutrition done and in the fridge-check.  Morning gear laid out-check.  Heart beating fast thinking about the cannon going off-CHECK.  

Looking forward to having fun tomorrow and pushing hard.   Weather should be great for racing and the body feels good.  

Crampy and I go at 730, Col at 735 and MC at like 755.  So once again we'll be waiting on her:P  She always gets good support crew action!
